Prepare your creator month-end close.

From commission balance to accounting documents.

A practical guide by Krevaro. The workflows are examples, not measured customer results.

Start with the same information

When orders, commissions and payouts live in separate lists, accounting has to reconstruct the links each time. Month-end needs a shared view of creators, attributed orders, agreed compensation and amounts already settled.

Review the payout run

Krevaro calculates agreed commissions from attributed sales. Fixed content fees and bonuses are added under the agreement. Before approval, the responsible person reviews the creators and amounts included. Complete required details and prior consent to self-billing are needed for the documents.

Keep payouts and documents together

After approval, the payment partner executes the payouts. Accounting reconciles credit notes with payout data and receives the standard CSV and PDF export. Returns, cancellations and later adjustments need to remain traceable to their transaction. Exporting does not replace bookkeeping or professional review.

Review corrections and exports together

For returns, cancellations or changed fees, the original document, correction and billing period remain connected. Accounting reviews each creator’s tax status and the treatment for the relevant close.

From Grow, credit notes and payout data are available together as CSV and PDF. Custom file formats or direct accounting integrations are agreed for Enterprise according to requirements.
