Your creator ambassador program, from brief to document.

Creators arrive, get products, post content, sell things and get paid. These are the twelve pieces Krevaro runs, grouped the way the platform is built: the creators, the content, and the payouts.

01 · Creators & CRM

Creator management, on one record.

Onboard your existing creator base. Profiles, conversations, tiers and approvals live on the creator’s record, so whoever takes over can immediately see what has already happened.

Krevaro creators screen: profiles with tiers, revenue and payout status
Creator profiles Tiers, commissions, addresses and consent on one record. Every creator is one record. Contracts and consent are captured as you go, not chased afterwards, and every agreement stays stored on the profile, next to orders and balance.
Messenger Talk to a creator without leaving the profile. Messages, approvals and open tasks are attached directly to the creator. Briefs, drafts and approvals link back to the campaign they belong to, and you can broadcast an update to every creator in a campaign at once. Tiers & commissions Commission bands that move with performance. Build any tier structure. Bands move with performance, so your best creators earn their way up without renegotiation, and every change is recorded on the profile.
Requests & approvals Applications and content offers in one queue. Applications, briefs and content approvals land in one queue instead of five inboxes. Approve with one click; the decision is filed where the follow-up happens.
02 · Seeding & content

Automated seeding, not DMs and spreadsheets.

Creators request from your catalogue, your creator marketing lead approves, the shop ships. Briefs, drafts, approvals and usage rights stay attached to the campaign.

Krevaro products screen: the brand catalogue creators request from
Product seeding Creators request from your catalogue, the shop ships. The shop ships through its normal fulfilment, the parcel’s cost is booked to the campaign it belongs to, and tracking lands on the creator’s profile. Every parcel keeps its cost, its owner and its follow-up.
Campaign briefs What is agreed gets measured and paid. One campaign brief is enough to settle expectations, compensation and the deadline with the creator. Automated campaign tracking and reporting then shows the results, so the payout can follow.
Content & usage rights Which content may run, where and for how long. Usage rights are recorded at approval: the channel, the period and whether paid ads are included. They sit on the same record as the draft and the feedback. When legal asks months later, nobody has to reconstruct what was agreed.
Discount and affiliate codes Every creator gets their own discount code. The codes are created in the shop and matched with Krevaro. When a customer redeems one at checkout, the revenue counts on the profile of the creator who owns that code and feeds into their balance.
03 · Payout & reporting

Payout is the core function.

Balances accrue from attributed orders. Approve one run and every creator is paid, with the paperwork done before your accountant asks.

Krevaro payouts screen: balances, commissions and status per creator
Tracking & attribution Links, codes and imported orders per creator and SKU. Every order maps back to the SKU and the creator who sold it, reconciled against your shop rather than screenshots. Finance can audit any number down to the order.
Payout run & Reporting One approved run pays every creator in it. Balances accrue automatically from attributed orders. You approve one run and every creator is paid at once, without PayPal batches or bank-file exports. The payout runs through licensed payment partners.
Credit notes Self-billed, with corrections against the right period. For every creator who agreed to self-billing, Krevaro issues the credit note (Art. 224 VAT Directive1) with the correct VAT logic, captured once on the profile: standard rate, small-business scheme or reverse charge. Refunds and cancellations are filed as corrections against the period they belong to.
Exports & reconciliation An accounting export for every period you close. Each close produces an accounting export your accountant can import directly. Every euro paid has a numbered document behind it. That is the difference between a payout and a bookkeeping entry.

1 Article 224 of the EU VAT Directive (2006/112/EC) permits self-billing: with the creator’s prior agreement, the brand issues the credit note in place of the creator’s invoice. Every member state implements it in its own VAT act, and the requirements differ. The full country-by-country overview for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy lives on Taxes & regulations. Not tax advice. How this applies depends on your setup; your tax advisor has the final word.
